Kriya Apps Terms & Conditions – Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

1 General Terms & Introduction

Kriya Apps (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "Kriya Apps") is an online betting and lottery platform providing entertainment services to users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Kriya Apps and its users.

These terms are available in both English and Bangla. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity, the English version shall prevail. Continued use of Kriya Apps constitutes your agreement to the latest version of these terms.

This platform is operated solely for entertainment purposes. Kriya Apps does not compel anyone to participate in betting or lotteries. Users participate entirely of their own free will.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account on Kriya Apps, the following eligibility criteria must be met:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• A valid Bangladeshi National ID card or passport is required.
• Each individual may register only one account.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful and accurate.
• Users must provide a valid mobile number and email address.

As part of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, Kriya Apps may request additional identification documents at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

Providing false information at registration will result in account termination and potential forfeiture of any balance. Users are responsible for keeping their password confidential to protect their account. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately.

3 Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on Kriya Apps:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical issue, the staked amount will be refunded.
• If a match or event is cancelled, all related bets will be declared void and stakes returned.
• Odds for live betting may change at any time.
• Kriya Apps reserves the right to void bets placed at erroneous odds resulting from a system error.
• The minimum bet amount is ৳10, and Kriya Apps determines the maximum limit for a single bet.

4 Payment Policy & Transactions

The following policies apply to all deposits and withdrawals on Kriya Apps:

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳100.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket.
• The mobile number used for deposits and withdrawals must be the same.
• There are no hidden charges on transactions, though your mobile banking provider's own fees may apply.

Large withdrawals may be held pending completion of KYC verification. Accounts may be temporarily suspended for investigation if suspicious transactions or money laundering concerns arise. Kriya Apps retains transaction records in compliance with applicable laws.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms and Conditions

Kriya Apps offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. The following terms apply to their use:

• The welcome bonus applies only to a new user's first deposit.
• All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements (generally 5–20x the bonus amount).
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Any attempt to claim the same bonus multiple times or abuse a promotion will result in account termination.
• Kriya Apps reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• To qualify for a referral bonus, the referred person must successfully register and make a deposit.

Specific terms for special promotions will be listed on the respective promotion page. Where there is a conflict between general terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms will take precedence.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Kriya Apps:

• Creating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software for betting.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Abusing the bonus system or exploiting loopholes.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform.
• Managing an account on behalf of a minor.

If any of the above activities are proven, the account in question will be immediately suspended and the balance forfeited. Legal action may be taken if necessary.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

Kriya Apps may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Where evidence of a terms violation is found.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (36 months or more).
• Self-exclusion at the user's own request.
• Direction from legal authorities or a court order.

Before an account is closed, users will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance, unless forfeiture applies due to a terms violation. Users may also close their account at any time by contacting the support team.

8 Limitation of Liability

Kriya Apps is not liable for the following:

• Bets or transactions lost due to internet disconnection.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers.
• Losses resulting from a user's own negligence or sharing of account credentials.
• Unforeseen technical issues or server downtime.

Kriya Apps always strives to maintain service quality, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted 24/7 availability. In the event of technical issues, we are committed to resolving them as quickly as possible.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

Kriya Apps takes user privacy seriously. Our privacy policy is an integral part of these terms. Key points include:

• Personal data is never sold to third parties.
• All data is secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.
• Your information may be used for service improvement and legal compliance purposes.
• Users may request to view or delete their personal data at any time.

10 Responsible Gaming

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will first be addressed through mutual discussion.

• An initial response will be provided within 7 business days of receiving a complaint.
• If a resolution cannot be reached through discussion, the matter will be settled in a competent court in Bangladesh.
• If any part of these terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
